We offer excellent value accommodation at a  budget price along with great tasting home cooked food. Our  aim is to provide guests with clean, stylish accommodation  in a relaxed and informal setting.

We are a 5 bedroomed traditional bed and breakfast situated in the centre of Filey.  We are 2 minute stroll away from the bus and train station.

A 5 minutes stroll leads you to the local shops with fashionable boutiques, chic cafes and restaurants that offer local and international cuisine. Traditional pubs that offer live entertainment most evenings throughout the summer months  are just around the corner.

A 10 minutes stroll takes you to the 5 miles of  glorious sandy beaches and breath taking views of the east coast coastline.

All bedrooms are non smoking and have ensuite shower facilities, each individually styled and decorated in a comtempory style with soft luxurious bedding and fluffy towels. Each bedroom has wireless internet, a tv and dvd player, alarm clock, hairdryer and toiletres.

Plus a varied selection of hot drinks that include cupasoups , hot chocolate and herbal drinks can be found on our hospitality tray.

Our delicious breakfasts are renowned for their quality and quantity.  We use food that has been locally sourced including free range homemade sausages, bacon, free range farm eggs and locally farmed mushrooms. We can cater for vegetarians and vegans and  can also be flexible on our breakfast times. We aim to please so if there is something you require, please don't hesitate to ask.

  Car parking is available on side streets around the guest house and there is a     car park opposite the guest house where you can park for free overnight.
